Seville

It seems like every time i meet someone who has been to Seville, i hear “i was only there for a day and i don’t think there is much to do.” That makes me so sad. This city is full of charm AND things to do.

Simply put, the four days we spent here weren’t enough. This southern city is so appealing. The pace is slower than Madrid, it’s not as frenetic. The winding, difficult to navigate streets, are beautiful and full of Mediterranean influence. The tapas out number the souvenir stands and generally speaking, the three main neighborhoods – Trivana, Santa Cruz and El Arenal are very walk-able. Don’t waste your money on taxis.

A few of my favorite views and things from Seville are below. If you are visiting Spain, don’t be foolish and spend only a day here.
